Advanced Surgical & Clinical Fellowships
Structured Mentorship. Measurable Growth.
Lifelong Impact.
Our flagship Advanced Surgical & Clinical Fellowships are designed to provide surgeons with focused, hands-on training under expert mentorship. Each fellowship blends clinical exposure, academic engagement, and research-driven learning — enabling participants to grow as both skilled surgeons and surgical scholars.
Whether you’re a postgraduate trainee or a practicing clinician, these programs help you achieve mastery in your chosen specialty while cultivating leadership, ethics, and precision in every procedure.

GeNext MedEd Foundation is a national academic trust founded by Dr. Bhushan Kathuria and Dr. Kshitij Shah to redefine surgical education in India. It focuses on structured, mentor-led programs that combine hands-on training with ethical and evidence-based learning.
Most institutions focus on lectures and theory. GeNext brings learning back to where real medicine happens — inside the operating room and at the patient’s bedside. Every program emphasizes practical skill, reflection, and mentorship rather than volume or certification alone.
Our programs are designed for ENT surgeons, postgraduates, residents, and general practitioners looking to refine surgical skills. Selected workshops also welcome final-year MBBS students interested in early surgical exposure.
GeNext conducts specialized fellowships, cadaveric dissection workshops, CME modules, and live surgical training. Each program follows a small-group, mentor-led structure to ensure meaningful learning and one-on-one guidance.
Programs are hosted across WeCare Hospitals, Santosh Advanced ENT Centres, and partner academic institutions across India. The Foundation also collaborates with teaching hospitals and regional medical societies to make quality training accessible in tier-2 and tier-3 cities.

The Foundation envisions a nationwide mentorship network that empowers the next generation of surgeons to combine skill with empathy and excellence with ethics — building a legacy where education is not just taught, but transmitted.
